By accessing or using courtrival.com ("CourtRival", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. CourtRival is operated by Saibots Pte. Ltd.

2. Description of Service

CourtRival is a platform that helps tennis players discover courts, find opponents at their level, and connect with tournaments across Southeast Asia. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use CourtRival only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Post false, misleading, or inaccurate information
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission
  • Use the Service in any way that could harm, disable, or impair its operation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

4. Court & Venue Listings

CourtRival aggregates publicly available information about tennis courts and venues. We make reasonable efforts to keep listing information accurate, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any venue information. Always confirm details directly with the venue before visiting.

5. Intellectual Property

The CourtRival name, logo, and the look and feel of the Service are the property of Saibots Pte. Ltd. You may not reproduce or use them without our written permission. Court and venue information displayed on CourtRival is sourced from public records and user contributions.

6. Disclaimers

CourtRival is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information is accurate or complete. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

Saibots Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of CourtRival, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.
