Terms of Service

1. Who we are
courtrival.com (“CourtRival”, “the Service”) is operated by Saibots Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore (“we”, “us”). These Terms are an agreement between you and Saibots Pte. Ltd. Hubql Thailand Co., Ltd. develops, operates and supports the platform for us as our service provider; it is not a party to these Terms.
2. Accepting these Terms
By using CourtRival you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. If you are a minor, you need your parent or guardian's agreement to create an account or register for a tournament.
3. The Service
CourtRival helps players find courts, coaches, other players and tournaments in Thailand and Southeast Asia, and gives clubs and organisers software to run tournaments. We may change, add or remove features at any time.
4. Your account
Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing privacy@courtrival.com.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Post false, misleading, offensive or unlawful content
- Upload content you do not have the right to share, or photos of identifiable people without their consent
- Scrape, crawl or harvest data from the Service without permission
- Harm, overload or disrupt the Service, or try to gain unauthorised access to it
- Use other people's personal data from the Service for anything other than its purpose (for example, arranging a game or running your tournament)
6. Court, venue and coach listings
Listings are compiled from information venues and coaches give us, public sources, user reports and our own research. Court availability comes from venues' public booking pages and booking systems and may be out of date. We try to keep listings accurate but do not guarantee them: always confirm prices, opening hours and availability with the venue or coach. Venues, coaches and other services are independent of us, and any booking or lesson is between you and them.
Venues and coaches can ask us to correct or remove their listing by emailing hello@courtrival.com. If we show featured or promoted listings, they are paid placements and marked as such.
7. Tournaments and organisers
Tournaments on CourtRival are organised by clubs and organisers who use our software. Each tournament is the organiser's event: the organiser sets the rules, categories, entry fees, refunds and schedule, collects entry fees directly (for example by bank transfer to the organiser's account), and is responsible for running the event. CourtRival does not organise paid tournaments itself, does not collect entry fees and is not a party to the agreement between you and the organiser.
Organisers must have the right to run their events, describe them accurately, use participants' data only to run the event, and handle it as required by law and our Privacy Policy.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit (such as court reports, profile details and photos). You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and adapt it as needed to run CourtRival. Photos sent with court reports are covered by the photo licence below. We may review, edit or remove content that breaks these Terms or that we believe is inaccurate.
Photo submissions
When you send photos with a court report (licence version 2026-10-10), you keep the copyright in your photos. By ticking the photo checkbox you confirm that you took the photos or have permission to share them, and that they do not show identifiable people without their consent. You grant Saibots Pte. Ltd. (CourtRival) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, display, adapt (for example resize or crop) and sublicense the photos for CourtRival and its promotion. If you give a name under “Credit as”, we may show it with the photo. Photos are reviewed before they appear; we may decline any photo. To ask us to remove a published photo, email hello@courtrival.com.
9. Our intellectual property
The CourtRival name, logo, software, design and the way listings are compiled belong to Saibots Pte. Ltd. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
10. Other services and advertising
CourtRival links to and uses other services (for example venue websites, LINE, maps) and may show advertising. We are not responsible for other services' content or practices.
11. Disclaimers
CourtRival is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information on it is accurate or complete. Playing sport carries a risk of injury; you take part in games, lessons and tournaments at your own risk.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Saibots Pte. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or goodwill, arising from your use of CourtRival, or for the acts of venues, coaches, organisers or other users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and for significant changes we will give notice on the site. If you keep using CourtRival after a change, the updated Terms apply. The current version is always at courtrival.com/terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of mandatory laws of the country where you live, including Thai consumer protection law, or your right to bring a claim in the courts there.
